THE SOURCE AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The personal data contained in our records are collected from the data subject and are processed for the execution of contracts and to fulfill orders in all phases.
Sorrè is also such data for direct marketing activities relating to its products and services.
The same data are also treated to comply with the administrative rules and other requirements in force of the national law in force or in virtue of decisions of the European Union and preserved for the time required by these disciplines.
METHODS OF TREATMENT
The personal data are processed by the data mainly through electronic and are stored within their company's management system.
To communicate to the customer the direct marketing, the data controller using the contact details provided by the customer, and the mode of contact which mainly relies on the customer.
While performing analysis and assessments necessary to better understand the buying preferences of customers with respect to products and services offered by Sorrè, it is not applied to any decision-making process that is based solely on automated processing of data of the interested parties.
SUBJECTS ADMITTED TO THE TREATMENT DATA
The persons authorised for the treatment are those in charge of customer service, sales, marketing, administration, order processing, information systems and data security.
The data will be processed also by external managers in charge of services related to the above, as well as by third parties, autonomous controllers, for purposes essential to the management of the orders, or administrative activities related to it.
SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION OF DATA
If it is given, by the customer, explicit and specific, personal data may be disclosed to third party companies operating in the fields of direct marketing and distance selling (a list is available by submitting a request to the Owner).
The management and retention of personal data is carried out on servers located within the European Union, on servers owned by the Holder and/or third-party companies contracted and duly appointed as Responsible of the Treatment.
PERIOD OF RETENTION OF DATA
The personal data provided in the context of the orders will be kept for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the same and for the periods imposed by laws, regulations or community legislation, especially in administrative matters and tax.
In addition, for the purposes of marketing Sorrè, the data are stored in our archives for the period necessary to maintain a constant relationship with the customer and inform them about our activities, allowing Sorrè to continue, legitimately, to their marketing activities and direct sales as long as the customer remains interested in the products/services.
Of course, such retention period shall be interrupted in the moment in which the client will manifest the desire not to receive further information and offers, communicating with the procedures below explain.
Sorrè will take appropriate technical and organisational measures in order not to contact the person. In the following, the data will be anonymised for statistical purposes and then destroyed, if not otherwise provided for by the supervisory authority, the police and the judiciary. It could, therefore, be kept for periods more prolonged in cases of dispute, for the purpose of defending or enforcing a right in court, both on the part of the Holder both on the part of the person concerned.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Within the meaning of art.15-22 of the GDPR 2016/679 writing to the Holder of the processing of the data to the postal address: Miriam Sorrenti Via Loc. Pergolato SNC 89900 Longobardi di Vibo Valentia (VV) or e-mail: email@example.com the interested party may exercise with reference to their personal data the rights of access, rectification, portability, withdrawal of consent, cancellation and forgetfulness, limitation of treatment, and opposition to the processing for legitimate reasons or for sending marketing communications and direct sales, even limited to one or more means of contact (e.g.: via e-mail and/or e-mail and/or phone).
At any time, the interested party can request the complete and updated list of data processors and of third parties to whom the personal data may be communicated.
The interested party has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
